REPLACEMENT, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY
Replacement is a process of replacing something in place of another.
Return- it is an act of giving back the purchased item by the customer on the INDIANEEDS Platform. It can be with the order was defective, damaged, product missing, the wrong item.
The customer can request for replacement whenever he is not happy with the product, Product defective, missing, or damaged.
POINT TO BE NOTED-
If you have any disputes such as Wrong order received, Order item was not compatible, Defective (functional), Product not working, Seal broken or damaged Product, Part is missing. for this order return or refund, you will have to email indianeeds24@gmail.com with your product photo and video within 3 days. India needs will not return or refund the order under any circumstances after 3 days.
IF ANY ISSUE DETERMINED AFTER INVESTIGATION BY OUR TEAM THE FINAL DECISION RELATED WITH ORDER REPLACEMENT/RETURN/REFUND WILL BE TAKEN BY THE COMPANY. (APPLY WITH CONDITION’S)
Notes: Whenever you receive a product ordered by India Needs, Make a video of the unboxing of the product you received, so that if the product you received turns out to be defective or broken, we will replace or take back the product you received based on the video you made. Otherwise the company will not be held liable.
